Peter Bruemmer, Perkasie, PA-Peter Bruemmer is an entrepreneur who built and ran his own successful Real Estate Title business for over fifteen years. He is employed by Land Services,USA as a Senior Commercial Examiner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bruemmer has a wide variety of interests including aviation, military history,real estate, collecting Americana items, numismatics,and photography and volunteer/charity activities. Although he did not serve in the military,he is a strong supporter of all branches of the US Military. He is a founding member of the Cincinnati War Birds and was involved in bringing the B-17 and B-25 bombers as well as the USO show to Cincinnati’s Lunken airport.
Peter is a licensed pilot with multiple ratings including commercial and multi-engine. He is type rated in many types of aircrafts. He was the Lunken Airport Airplane Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) Airport Service Network volunteer from 1998 to 2006 and was the editor of the Lunken Airport Newsletter for over six years. Peter was named AOPA “Volunteer of the Month” in March 2003 for efforts related to supporting the growth of general aviation at Lunken in the face of adversity from city and neighborhood groups. He also participated in the Master Plan and Part 150 study at Lunken Airport and has authored several articles about Aviation Economics.
He is an active member in the Knights of Columbus organization and earned his fourth degree in April 2008. He is a Boy Scout Counselor for the Aviation Merit badge. Peter is an active member of the Board of Nominations for the National Aviation Hall of Fame in Dayton, Ohio. He is an active member in The Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the Order of St. Joachim. He is married to Colleen Masterson Bruemmer.
