Restricted Scholarship Purpose: This fund shall provide scholarships for qualified students as defined in the selection criteria listed below.

Selection Criteria: Recipient(s) shall:

Be a student in good standing at Elizabeth City State University.
Majoring in the Aviation Sciences Program with the intention of becoming a pilot or Air Traffic Controller.
Maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average.
Freshmen are eligible to receive this scholarship.
This is not a recurring scholarship. (A new recipient should be selected each year.)

Selection Procedure: The ECSU Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships shall determine recipients.
