Our Scholarships are managed by the Outer Banks Community Foundation.
First Flight Society Scholarship: The First Flight Society established this merit-based award in 2008 to provide scholarships to deserving high school seniors or current COA students who plan to pursue a career in aviation. This includes aviation maintenance and technology. Students from Ocracoke or any Dare, Currituck, Camden, or Pasquotank high school may apply, or, current COA students from any location.
