William R. Douglas, Holly Springs, NC – Bill’s Air Force career was mostly in acquisitions management. He is Retired Exec. VP and COO of GMD Solutions, Inc., where he worked international programs for U.S. and foreign firms; a licensed private pilot and member of several aviation organizations. Growing up in aviation as an AF “military brat” around aircraft from the first grade on, he has an extensive background in aviation history and milestones. Bill and his wife, Eileen are both members of FFS and actively volunteer for its programs and events.
