Michael Fonseca, Mechanicsville, VA – Mike Fonseca has had a lifelong love affair with flying, nurtured by his father George, a pilot. Mike’s ever-growing collection of aviation books, models and art includes many famous pilot autographs of the Wright brothers, Charles Lindbergh, Chuck Yeager and Gregory “Pappy” Boyington and others. Although never a pilot himself, Mike has flown in aircraft as varied as the Cessna Skymaster, Stearman Bi-plane, North American T-6, a glider and even the Goodyear Blimp. As a teenager, he was a cadet in the Civil Air Patrol advancing to the rank of Lt Colonel, before heading off to college at Virginia Tech. Fonseca is currently the owner of an IT Consulting business Fonseca Consulting Services in Richmond, VA. Mike is married to Martha Fonseca and has one son and three grandchildren.
